Accounts found to have been opened by individuals under 18 will be immediately closed, all winnings will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Each user may hold only one active 99pak Account. Creation of duplicate accounts, whether under the same identity or different identities belonging to the same individual, constitutes a material breach of these Terms. 99pak reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are required to provide accurate, current and complete information during 99pak registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, false identity or false payment details — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
It is your sole responsibility to verify that accessing and using the 99pak platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. 99pak makes no representation regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction. Users access the platform entirely at their own legal risk.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 99pak login credentials, including your username and password. You agree not to share your account credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
99pak will never request your password via email, SMS or live chat. Any communication purporting to be from 99pak requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.
You agree to notify 99pak immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 99pak is not liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
99pak may, at its sole discretion, temporarily suspend an Account where unusual login activity or potential security compromise is detected. In such cases, SMS verification to your registered Pakistani mobile number will be required to restore access.
99pak currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah. All transactions are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 99pak does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own charges for which 99pak bears no responsibility.
Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. You agree not to deposit funds that are borrowed, derived from illegal activity, or otherwise not legitimately owned by you.
Withdrawals require completion of KYC (CNIC verification) before the first withdrawal request is processed. Subsequent withdrawals to the same verified payment method proceed without further document requests. 99pak targets withdrawal processing within 15–30 minutes for JazzCash and Easypaisa for fully verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals to HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah are processed within the same business day. For anti-money laundering compliance, 99pak reserves the right to require that withdrawals be returned to the original funding payment method. Withdrawal to a different payment method than the one used for deposit may require additional verification.
99pak implements anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) controls consistent with international best practice. 99pak reserves the right to delay, block or reverse any transaction that raises AML or fraud concerns pending investigation.
99pak reserves the right to decline, limit or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion. Bets are accepted only when confirmed by a unique bet reference number displayed to the User. A bet is not considered placed until such confirmation is received.
In the event of an obvious error in odds, game results or payout calculations — referred to as a "palpable mistake" — 99pak reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Users' Wallets. This applies regardless of whether bets have already been settled. Users may not exploit obvious errors for profit.
In the event of a game or system malfunction, all affected wagers may be voided and stakes returned. 99pak's decision in respect of any disputed result arising from a malfunction is final.
Live in-play betting markets on 99pak, including cricket and other sports, are subject to rapid odds changes. A bet is only confirmed when the system acknowledges acceptance. 99pak is not liable for delays in bet placement arising from connectivity issues on the User's end.

99pak reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via the registered mobile number or displayed prominently on the platform prior to taking effect. Continued use of 99pak following notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
99pak reserves the right to suspend or terminate any User's Account, with or without notice, in the event of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement or for any other legitimate operational reason. On termination, any confirmed real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the User's verified payment method.
These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising in connection with the 99pak platform shall be subject to the governing law applicable to the platform operator's jurisdiction of incorporation.
